Credit Union Web Site Designed with Cambium Group's Content Management System

The County Federal Credit Union members have already provided positive comments about the improved online services offered on the web site (www.countyfcu.org). Fun snapshots used throughout (some including appreciative employees) call attention to the variety of quality financial services offered by the credit union.
Ken Hensler, President and CEO of The County FCU spoke about the process of moving to a new web site, "When we had our old website, it was never thought of as a "fun thing" to have because of it's ho-hum appearance and the fact that we had to jump through too many hoops to change things. This meant additional time for staff; time that they did not have. So anything that had to do with the website was not a priority for anyone. However, our new website is nothing like the old. We have found this to be about as user friendly as you can get! Any updates are so easy to perform that we now can change rates as quickly as rates change, post important notices for members about fraud, add items of interest for our members and even change the pictures regularly so that members will always get a "new" look when they enter. What used to be a chore for staff, has actually turned into a "fun thing"."
Ken went on to remark, "The Cambium Group delivered on every promise that they made. Our new website is now something that we are promoting on a regular basis and are encouraging members to take a look at."
