New Credit Union Client: Sandia Laboratory Federal Credit Union

Montpelier, VT - Cambium Group, LLC, a leading web site development firm specializing in innovative web site designs and content management systems announced a new client today, Sandia Laboratory Federal Credit Union (SLFCU), headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The credit union approached Cambium Group to provide recommendations for a total revamp of their web site. As a financial institution offering a full complement of personal financial products and services, SLFCU wanted to develop a completely new site with an improved design offering expanded information on financial topics. SLFCU's marketing team chose Cambium Group's robust content management system as the core of the solution for its ease of use and ability it gives them to provide timely and important information to their members. The new site will feature financial calculators, integration with 3rd party services and live customer support, all designed to provide a resource of financial information to help members make informed decisions.

In addition, Cambium is building an online member-to-member bulletin board where members may upload items for sale to the web site. An online survey builder and analysis system will allow the SLFCU to develop and distribute member surveys on the web site. To further assist members with their financial needs, SLFCU is implementing an online, live customer support (chat) system that will enable real-time instant communication with visitors on the web site. The credit union has chosen these important features designed to facilitate member service, member retention and member feedback.
Development on the site is underway and is expected to be revealed to members this spring.
