You'll have the ability to enable real-time instant chat communication with visitors. Transcripts may be saved for reference and/or training purposes. This tool also captures visitor data including IP address and pages they've visited on the web site. Know exactly how many visitors are on your site, which page they're on, and how long they've been there.
