Community First Credit Union Launches Redesigned Website with New Features for Members | Tuesday, May 26, 2009 The new credit union website design offers members a wealth of resources and assists with finding the best financial products for individuals and businesses.
Community First Credit Union's improved web site design provides members with convenient online features and provides web site content management for the credit union.
St. Johnsbury, Vermont; Cambium Group, a leading New England web site development firm based in St. Johnsbury, has launched a new web site for Community First Credit Union located in Appleton, Wisconsin. With assets of over $1 billion, Community First Credit Union serves more than 80,000 members in 12 counties in Northeastern and Central Wisconsin.
The site was designed to be fully interactive and provide members with numerous ways to navigate the site. From four color-coded navigation tabs, quick links or drop down menus, members are guided to the information or resources they need to manage their finances. To quickly login to home banking and bill paying, a secure login area is available on every page.
Cambium Group provided custom programming to seamlessly integrate several interactive features including:
- Ask us a Question: using Silvercloud Software knowledge base system
- Over 35 financial calculators: from VisualCalc for calculating mortgage and home equity options, auto loans/leases, savings and investments, retirement, income and insurance.
- A financial education center: through CUNA's Home and Family Finance
- Interactive Google Maps: with branch location details and driving directions.
- Online reservations for seminars
- Surveys and polls to obtain member feedback
- A Credit 101 Quiz for students
- Auto-Buying Service form: to assist members with researching and purchasing a car with the best value for their budget
- Autos for Sale: up-to-date, comprehensive listings of autos for sale
The marketing and design team at Community First Credit Union uses Cambium Group's custom designed Content Management System (CMS) to manage the entire web site. Cambium and CFCU are continuing collaborations to develop even more interactive and valuable features for members.
