• New business development including research, preparing proposals and presentations
• Web project management and coordination with clients
• Communicate with clients in a timely, professional and courteous manner via email, phone and meetings
• Manage and develop content for company's web site
• Coordinate public relations and advertising
• Manage and customize software manuals.
• Provide training, customer support and service.
• Define and implement search engine optimization and internet marketing strategies for company and clients
• Develop and execute company's marketing plan
• Accounting - maintain accounts receivable and payable. 

• Must be detailed-orientated, a self-starter and able to work independently

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Highly proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Proficiency in other software products (project management, web analytics, graphic design, etc.) that support marketing effort is helpful.
• Must be a team player and work well with other Cambium Group staff.
